What are the things you are un-grateful for in your life?
Make a list of the things you’re ungrateful for. Each item in that list will show what areas of life you’re having resistance to and will give you an opportunity to start working on yourself to fix it.
That’s right, you work on yourself to fix problems – not the other way around. Every time something bugs you, ask: what would have to change within me so it’s no longer a problem?
